Garmin nüvi™ 310 Sat Nav

After months of procrastination we finally settled on a Garmin nüvi 310 Satelite Navigation system, which we will use on our travels. We narrowed down our choice between the nüvi™ and a Uniden sat nav. The text to speech voice guidance feature made us decide that the nüvi™ sat nav was a better unit.

Use your battery electric drill to lower your stabilisers. Purpose made extension with socket to fit standard alko legs end turned down to fit 10 mm drill chocks then whole unit is zinc plated.

Nifty Van Step

Check out this example of Aussie ingenuity. On the MSN Groups, Caravanners Forum, Ron McGrice has posted photos of his van step. The van step holds his electrical lead and when stored in the step recess doubles to level the step where he then leaves the porta-loo overnight.
